Collected Information

Contact Details

We obtain primary personal data including your full name, phone number, and email. This information is used exclusively to organise sessions, provide clinical notifications, and uphold professional contact concerning your therapeutic journey with us.

Health Records & Safety Standards

To ensure effective and ethical clinical delivery, we manage secure records containing case histories and progress assessments. Adhering to AHPRA, AASW, HIPAA, and Australian health regulations, these files are held on encrypted platforms. We retain records for seven years after therapy concludes, or seven years past a minor reaching adulthood, to maintain strict professional compliance and ensure your long-term care continuity.

Storage & Security

All confidential data is protected via encrypted clinical software hosted in Australia. Per local health regulations and AHPRA/AASW/HIPAA standards, records are kept for seven years from the end of therapy or until seven years after a client turns eighteen, ensuring full compliance and long-term care continuity.

Sharing Information

We respect your privacy. Clinical information is shared with other health providers only when you have provided explicit consent. Exceptions apply only where required by law or in circumstances involving a significant risk of harm to yourself or others.
